Every Moumoujus order ships free, worldwide. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Orders are dispatched from our facility in Manchester, United Kingdom. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We believe in The Mantle, and we want you to love it as much as we do. That is why every purchase is backed by our Happy Face Guarantee: a no questions asked, 30-day refund policy.
If after using The Mantle you feel it is not right for your skin or you are not seeing the results you expected, simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We will give you a full refund. No return required. Keep the product.

- We will process your full refund to your original payment method. No need to send anything back.
Returns (Unopened Items)
Changed your mind? Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at concierge@moumoujus.com with your order details. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as packages sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at concierge@moumoujus.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at concierge@moumoujus.com.
