If after using The Mantle you feel it is not right for your skin or you are not seeing the results you expected, we will give you a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. No questions asked. No need to return the product. Keep it.

No need to send anything back. Keep the product and we will still refund you in full.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at concierge@moumoujus.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience.
Our team will confirm your refund, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.

Unopened Item Returns

Changed your mind before opening? Sealed, unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Contact us first at concierge@moumoujus.com to arrange the return. Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
